If an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount already received for the unfulfilled transaction will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method.

Applicable prices and any additional charges are displayed before an order is completed. The total amount of an order is not changed because of a later change to the published price.

Available payment methods may include:

• credit, debit or prepaid card through Stripe,
• PayPal,
• payment at BuildingHOW's offices where available.

BuildingHOW does not store complete payment card details. Electronic card transactions are processed by the relevant payment service provider.

Physical products are delivered to the address provided during the order process, subject to availability and the agreed delivery method.

Unless otherwise agreed, consumer orders are delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

In consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage during transport remains with the seller until delivery to the consumer, in accordance with applicable law.

When a consumer purchases physical goods at a distance, they generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform BuildingHOW before the relevant deadline by making a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Returning goods

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period required by law. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless BuildingHOW agrees otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

The consumer is responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

BuildingHOW will refund payments that must be returned under applicable law within the legally required period.

In the case of goods, BuildingHOW may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Where required by law, the refund includes the standard delivery cost of the original purchase, but not additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered.

Software, licences, downloads, online services and other digital content are subject to the specific terms applicable to the relevant product, together with any mandatory consumer rights.

Digital supply and the right of withdrawal

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the consumer's right of withdrawal may cease once performance has begun, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins, where those conditions are required by law.

Specific rules may also apply where the performance of a service begins, at the consumer's express request, before the end of the withdrawal period.

These terms do not restrict the statutory rights of consumers where goods, digital content or digital services do not conform to the contract.

Where consumer protection legislation applies, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by law in the event of lack of conformity, which may include repair or replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract where the applicable conditions are met.

Any commercial warranty or support programme offered by BuildingHOW is additional to and does not replace the consumer's statutory rights.

The website, software, databases, graphics, drawings, text, educational materials, trademarks and other content are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Purchasing or obtaining access to software does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights. The user receives only the right to use the software in accordance with the applicable licence or agreement.

Unless expressly authorised or permitted by mandatory law, you may not:

• make or distribute unauthorised copies of software,
• provide activation details or account credentials to unauthorised users,
• resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit a licence contrary to its terms,
• remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Where a particular product is supplied subject to a separate software licence or specific contractual terms, those specific terms apply to that product, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

This provision does not deprive consumers of jurisdictional or consumer-protection rights granted to them by mandatory Greek or European Union law.
